  It was a beautiful home. The view was also beautiful. The location was ideal, so close to the beach and to town.
  
  There is tile everywhere which felt very slippery. The front area was beautiful but always wet with the morning dew. We grilled out there and then went to the beach side to dine, where it wasn’t wet.
  There were not enough supplies with paper towels and trash bags. The toilettries were awesome! Lots of soap and towels.
  
  The worst part was how cold it was at night. Only one room had a space heater and the heat never got high enough to make sleeping comfortable. We had to wear multiple layers to sleep.
  
  Overall a beautiful rental but a few tweaks would have made it perfect.

  Oceanic realty are very responsive and a pleasure to deal with . The seafront contemporary home was well equipped with great entertaining and an open feel .   Our family has enjoyed coming to this beautiful house on the beach for several years now. It is spacious and well-equipped and you cannot beat the location. The property has a separate bedroom and bath on the property which works well for our family. The grounds are lovely. It has an open, clean, inviting feel and we are always sad to leave but look forward to our return. It truly is a very special place to stay at our favorite place --- Stinson Beach.

  Every little detail was thought out and well executed. The house is large and bright and very clean. It felt much more like a home than a rental. The flow of the house was perfect for our family not to mention the beach access. Will definitely be back!

  Loved the house and the guest cottage was perfect for our son, daughter in law and 11 month old. House is very well appointed and really appreciated the lovely condition of the furniture. No wear marks or stains. Didn't do any cooking so cannot comment on kitchen. Just a couple of items need attention. Bottom shelf of dishwasher needs rollers. Master bath shower is VERY SLIPPERY and we were not able to get hot water in the shower on the bedroom on the right facing the two bedrooms.

  There were a number of lightbulbs out in the living room. Had a major plumbing problem in the guest house. The hot tub ceased to heat. I think it would be really nice if the mgmt company took you to the house when you arrived and pointed out the answers to all the questions that arise in a new place.

  The home is a great place for family reunions, such as ours. It was well equipped and has a great layout. As we are a dog loving family we very much appreciated that our dog was allowed to come too!
  
  Unfortunately the oven stopped working just as we got our Saturday dinner going and the fuse breaker wasn't the fix. We also couldn't find a broom and so the floors were left a mess. The internet was on/off all weekend and the music player never worked. Small things (except the oven)

  This home is gorgeous and was perfect for the bridal party to stay for our daughter's wedding!!
  There was a mix up on having the home ready on time that created a number of issues for our evening.   We enjoyed our stay very much. The property has all Queen beds. It would have been nice to have a King in the Master. Compared to many other places at Stinson, it was short on supplies such as sugar and coffee and all the usual things one has come to expect.

  We had a wonderful weekend at this spacious, comfortable and updated property. The high ceilings and open design brought lots of natural light. We could hear the waves at night. During the day we walked on the beach and then relaxed in the new jacuzzi. The large table was perfect for entertaining and the kitchen appliances seemed new. The only drawbacks were the showers, which were hard to get hot water in, and the pots and pans, which are nonstick and scratched, which meant we could not use them.
