  October escape with great weather! The home was comfortable, great spaces to nap. I would be open to a return to this property. Welcome bag from Oceanic could have more paper towels with-less toilet paper. Sleeping spaces were clean, organized and spacious. Kitchen was good - only missed a pitcher., yet tons of other tools and accessories.
  Insects were difficult to delete- high ceilings. Lagoon access is key- kayak was super but no cleats to tie-up meant getting it out of the water/ no stairs on the dock/ deck was also a challenge.

  We loved the location of this property, we also loved that the house was spacious and the bedrooms were well layed out providing privacy. Our teen boy enjoyed the converted garage bedroom with big tv, although he said the bunk bed mattresses were super thin. The kitchen was remodeled very nicely and had great supplies. Our three big problems with this house were the cleanliness, bugs and plumbing. The floors and carpet need to be replaced, they are just worn out. We had a big problem with spiders and mosquitos. My husband and I were woken up every night by mosquitos biting us, we tried closing all windows and doors and couldn’t figure out how they were getting in. We think it might have something to do with the master bathroom plumbing. The toilet doesn’t flush properly and the shower leaks water on the floor, no matter how you try to position the curtain, the toilet is tilted to the side, since I think the subfloor is damaged from the shower water, it just needs to be remodeled badly. We think this house is wonderful, but just really needs some work and we hope it gets the attention it needs!

  We had a lovely stay at 235 Seadrift with our young kids and in-laws. The updated family room and kitchen was great for the group and the beds were all comfortable. The outdoor areas are in need of some TLC but overall but overall we thought the house was great!

  This home is great for a family, and being on the lagoon is perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding. The updated kitchen is beautiful, and the living room big and welcoming, with very comfy couches. The outside deck area could use some updating, as the outdoor furniture is rusting and the cushions are stained and torn. The sliding doors and screens could use some replacements as well. Otherwise, it's a very nice house.

  235 is a comfortable home for a family, including a toddler. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us, and being right on the lagoon is wonderful. The home provides kayaks and paddle boards, which is wonderful. the newly remodeled kitchen is beautiful, and provides an open floor plan. The house does lack a few amenities, such as lamps next to the sofa and love seats. The only lighting in the living room was recessed lighting up on the ceiling which had an industrial feel, and was not adequate for reading. We would have appreciated some plastic glasses and plates to use when taking drinks and snacks down on the dock. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay, and we had a wonderful week. The view of the coastal mountains is stunning.

  We had a great time at 235 Seadrift. It was a bit rainy, but we still had fun. The house had everything we needed and Oceanic Realty was a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive when we didn't know how to start the outside fireplace. It's location is on the inner lagoon which is beautiful, but there is no direct access to the ocean. This house does not have a hot tub as indicated above, which we would have liked to have. We have stayed in many Seadrift houses and the price was a bit much for this place especially since it didn't have a hot tub or indoor fireplace.

  We had a wonderful week in this house on the lagoon. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. It is a great house to gather with family.   Rental Company was amazing! I'd messed up on the reservation and the were able to pull it all together in less than an hour for us.House was clean and spacious. Decks and outdoor areas were in urgent need of TLS. Peeling paint, splinters, etc. No hot tub as advertised in title. Lots of flexible sleeping arrangements.

The owner was very accommodating and allowed a later checkout on Sunday. Very clean. There was no hot tub but it never said there was one. We really enjoyed our stay here.

  There were 8 women, it was warm and rainy, the house was just as described, full of light and very comfortable. We had s wonderful time. The walk down the road to get to the beach was unexpected but we made the best of it. Surprised there was no beach access closer. With 8 women there should have been more toilet paper. We ran out on Sunday. Would have liked Kleenex as well. All else, including hot tub and paddle board was great. Thank you.

  I think this home is a great escape most of the time. It is big, beautifully appointed, with everything you need. Unfortunately, we were there during a horrific ant infestation which marred our visit. If they get rid of the ants, I would highly recommend the house. The rental agency did not respond as we would have desired to the ant problem which was constant or in fixing the hot tub. no one was sent out. I realize it was a holiday week, but we were paying extra because of that. Besides the ants, everything was clean and in good condition, other than the hot tub.
