  235 is a comfortable home for a family, including a toddler. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us, and being right on the lagoon is wonderful. The home provides kayaks and paddle boards, which is wonderful. the newly remodeled kitchen is beautiful, and provides an open floor plan. The house does lack a few amenities, such as lamps next to the sofa and love seats. The only lighting in the living room was recessed lighting up on the ceiling which had an industrial feel, and was not adequate for reading. We would have appreciated some plastic glasses and plates to use when taking drinks and snacks down on the dock. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay, and we had a wonderful week. The view of the coastal mountains is stunning.

  Since it was Memorial Day weekend, parking to pick up the keys and later drop them back off was more challenging than it would normally be. The freezer also seemed a bit off.

  We had a great time at 235 Seadrift. It was a bit rainy, but we still had fun. The house had everything we needed and Oceanic Realty was a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive when we didn't know how to start the outside fireplace. It's location is on the inner lagoon which is beautiful, but there is no direct access to the ocean. This house does not have a hot tub as indicated above, which we would have liked to have. We have stayed in many Seadrift houses and the price was a bit much for this place especially since it didn't have a hot tub or indoor fireplace.

  We had a wonderful week in this house on the lagoon. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. It is a great house to gather with family. Appreciated the bikes, paddle board, and double kayak. The only thing that would make it better would be a hot tub.

  Rental Company was amazing! I'd messed up on the reservation and the were able to pull it all together in less than an hour for us.House was clean and spacious. Decks and outdoor areas were in urgent need of TLS. Peeling paint, splinters, etc. No hot tub as advertised in title. Lots of flexible sleeping arrangements.

  We thought we had waited too long to find a nice rental but this home ended up being a perfect spot for us. Great huge common space. The owner was very accommodating and allowed a later checkout on Sunday. Very clean. There was no hot tub but it never said there was one. We really enjoyed our stay here.

  There were 8 women, it was warm and rainy, the house was just as described, full of light and very comfortable. We had s wonderful time. The walk down the road to get to the beach was unexpected but we made the best of it. Surprised there was no beach access closer. With 8 women there should have been more toilet paper. We ran out on Sunday. Would have liked Kleenex as well. All else, including hot tub and paddle board was great. Thank you.

  I think this home is a great escape most of the time. It is big, beautifully appointed, with everything you need. Unfortunately, we were there during a horrific ant infestation which marred our visit. If they get rid of the ants, I would highly recommend the house. The rental agency did not respond as we would have desired to the ant problem which was constant or in fixing the hot tub. no one was sent out. I realize it was a holiday week, but we were paying extra because of that. Besides the ants, everything was clean and in good condition, other than the hot tub.
