This charming house on the Hill features sweeping views of the beach and the coastline. With a sun filled living room and sun drenched deck with a coastal breeze this is a fabulous place to unwind. House also features carpet throughout, an upgraded kitchen with dishwasher, stainless steel refrigerator and granite countertops. The back deck also features a beautiful tiered garden, BBQ and private hot tub. No pets please.

  Amazing property with magnificent views a huge and vibrant garden, lots of light and really comfortable king beds. Close to town and short walk to beach but enough away from any business of the town to allow for a relaxing stay. Great kitchen for cooking with lots of nice pans.I also liked that they had a toddler bathtub.

  Spent a wedding weekend at 220 Belvedere in September 2016. The rental procedure went smoothly, the house was clean and equipped as presented.
  The only drawback for our purpose was its location up the hill as the wedding festivities were near the beach. Otherwise, a lovely house perched on a hill with
  a view of the beach.

  Overall great experience. Wonderful location, views and perfect space for our time in Stinson. However, I would have liked to know about the long term tenant living in the basement before signing the agreement. It was a surprise to arrive to the property and see another person living there. As it did not effect our stay, it was not an issue. It just would have been appreciated to be made aware of prior to arrival

  We stayed here 4 nights in May, 2016. I was running a trail race (Miwok 100K) which started and finished in Stinson Beach. The location was perfect since I could walk to the starting line for the early start, and walk the 2 blocks back after. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen. Internet worked fine, but cell phone service is sketchy in SB. So that was a bit of a problem if we wanted to call or text someone. At least we had email. The views were very good, but you do see alot of utility lines overhead. The ocean is in the distance, but we did see some whales out there. You can walk to the beach, but it is better to drive there, since it's still almost a half-mile away. The hot tub worked perfectly. The screen doors were sticking a bit to the deck, but the house was in good shape overall. Bedding and towels could be updated. Bed was a bit too soft. i prefer a firm mattress, though. Overall we like the house and thought it was a fair value to pay considering the location.

  Overall our stay in this lovely house was wonderful. The area is absolutely beautiful and the beds were extremely comfortable! The home was clean and in good shape. The location is just about a ten minute walk down to the beach through a cute little neighborhood with lots of interesting plants and homes to enjoy along the way.
  
  Upon arrival the rental staff was welcoming and helpful, however it was a bit frustrating trying to get in touch with someone after realizing the hot tub was not turned on prior to our check in at 3 PM on Friday afternoon. I called the number listed in my packet several times with no return call until the next day. It took almost 24 hours for the hot tub to heat up after we turned it on and we were fairly frustrated as this was one of the amenities we specifically reserved this place for. If you rent this property and plan to use the hot tub make sure to have staff turn it on the night before your arrival. Happy travels!

  Very pleased with the house, the photos online represented the house accurately, the house was very clean and beds super comfortable. There was a very bad odor in the house upon arrival, but it went away after the first day. Kitchen could have used a few more pots/pans and dishes.
