Located on the wide part of the desirable Seadrift Lagoon this lovely home features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a den/ tv room. Home also features a well appointed kitchen with dishwasher. A large dining table that accommodates eight. A sun filled living room with fireplace, and adjoining spacious TV room. The sun drenched deck includes a gas BBQ, floating dock, hot tub, two paddle boards, and three kayaks.

  Hello! Thank you for the stay. A couple notes from our stay:
  * there was a planned power outage that we were not made aware of. As such we weren’t able to cook several days and some guests had to leave. We also had some issues with a gas leak and the fireplace. Management was super helpful and sweet but we were told we’d receive a discount in addition to a night of the stay credited. We really appreciate that.
  *the hot tub cover needs to be replaced badly! Foam falls out and it collapses. The hot tub also didn’t seem clean and smelled pretty bad
  * the front garden had a really intense stench seemingly from the septic that got worse. Might want to get this inspected if it’s full or broken.
  * could use some basics like more soaps/shampoos

  A perfect month long "get-a-way" - I did not want to leave! The house was exactly as imagined from the pictures, but even better. Well-laid out for two families to share, and guests to enjoy. Swims in the lagoon, walks along the beach, BBQs on the deck, and relaxing hot tubs. Friendly neighbors. It was just perfect. Management was responsive with excellent customer service. This is a wonderful beach house to rent!!

  We have rented a lot of Seadrift houses and would rate this one among the nicest. It has just about everything we needed or wanted, has been well maintained, and is very comfortable. We enjoyed the paddle boards, kayaks, and hot tub, and cooking in the really well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable (we slept great!), and there is ample space to unpack your stuff in the bedrooms and bathrooms. There are a few things that could be improved. The refrigerator does not keep things cold enough, particularly beverages, and it has a note to not change the setting. The dock has lovely adirondack chairs, but no chaises. I would prefer having some chaises to really relax on the dock. The house could also use a supply of clothes hangers, and some easy repairs to the shutters in the media room. All in all, though, we LOVED the house, appreciated how well maintained it was, and would definitely stay here again!

  This is a great home for a weekend getaway. We loved the hot tub, paddle boards, kayaks, comfy beds, beautiful views through-out, open floor plan and modern kitchen. Our only complaint is that the refridg. (although very clean) smelled HORRIBLE and a noxious smell emitted each time it was opened. As a result, our fresh food (birthday cake, strawberries etc. ) had a similar taste and had to be thrown out. We did not eat much of the refrigerated food we had planned on eating and had to eat out. Other than that- a great spot, great house and a wonderful time had by all.

  A wonderful vacation overall. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable with soft sheets and lots of pillows to select from.   We rented this house for a week to attend a relative's wedding. The house was perfect - comfortable, in great shape and beautifully appointed. Everyone loved the kayaks and SUPs and I was really impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was. The house is really spacious for 6 people. We slept well each night and hated to leave. The location is great - very quiet and a short, scenic walk to either of the Seadrift beach entrances. Loved watching the Pelicans fish the lagoon as I had my morning coffee on the dock. I only hope we get to rent this house again!

  This is a lovely light filled house on the wider part of the Seadrift lagoon. You can tell the owner really cares about the property and is actively involved in keeping it tip top for guests. It was our second successful visit to this property. Our family of four had a very regenerative week stay here. We all slept better here than we have in ages, comfortable beds and nice sheets, very peaceful environment. Being spot on the lagoon is simply magical. The house also has an abundance of kayaks and paddle boards to use and the hot tub is a newer model with keen jets and pressure. Fortunate are those who stay at this house!
