  We rented this property almost 20 years ago. Things have changed! There is no place to put your clothes or anything else. I realize the owner lives there but if you're renting your house, please give some space for your renter's belongings. The couch would be comfortable for anyone who did not have mobility issues. The owner has a treasure trove of kitchen aids.
  We will not be staying there again but it would be wonderful for younger renters.
  This picture makes the front yard look better than it actually is.
  I don't think this property should be on the rental listings.

  I loved the proximity to the beach AND to the Parkside Cafe. In addition, both the front and back yards have lush landscaping and places to hang out. I enjoyed the hot tub so much I bought one for my house!

  This home is so cool and has the illusions of being very private. The house is all glass windows but the fences and landscaping make it appear that it is totally secluded. However, there’s a undisclosed camera in the back yard that you walk by to get to the hot tub. You think you can be naked, but you can’t. Also, spa “guy” walked right to the back yard at 9:30am. No announcing. Again the house is all glass so he could see in to the toilet or we could have been naked in the hot tub. Don’t expect a right to privacy at this rental.

  The house is cozy and peaceful, with a sweet little hot tub and private outdoor space. You're also just a minute's walk from having your butt in the sand, and equally close to all the restaurants and the store.

  Wow..this place is perfect. Super private, comfortable and great location. This is the first time I've stayed "in town" and I loved it. Easy walk to the beach, to great cafes and park. It is a well thought out use of space, light, mirrors and foliage to create a relaxing environment. Will be back!
