  Lovely bright home on the lagoon with wonderful views, a floating dock, paddlebairds, bikes and hot tub - everything we love. The master bedroom is separate and private with large private bath and double doors facing the lagoon. The second bedroom is very large with enough beds to comfortably sleep 6 - ideal for kids and friends. Only complaint was drain in master shower and rather squeaky bed frames in guest room. Layout was great and laundry convenient with new machines, the house was well stocked. We would definitely stay again!

  This was our 3rd year in this home. It turned out to be a gorgeous week at the beach- the fog was scarce, the lagoon was warm and the paddle boards were in frequent use. They're clearly planning a renovation here- there were stakes and flags all over the property and it felt a little like they were letting things slide until the work is finished. Kind of a bummer as it's lovely as is.

  I celebrated my 40th birthday with a girls' getaway at this home, and it couldn't have been better! Loved lounging on the deck, stand up paddling, enjoying the hot tub, watching a movie in the spacious living room, walking and taking in the beautiful and quiet scenery around the area, and hiking the dipsea trail nearby.   The vacation rental looked better on the website than in person. The bathrooms we're pretty outdated and the kitchen wasn't even stocked with oil so we could cook. Overall kind of disappointed at how much we paid and how little was provided.

  Our stay was wonderful! Property clean in the best location house properly equipped. Master bed was very hard. Master bathroom tub jet/shower has to GO! Its an accident waiting to happen!!!!!
  every beach house always has had a dirty mattress pad on beds! I had to wash and remake the bed. Clean mattress pads is a must and each beach house should provide extras!!!!!

  This was a very nice older house. Every window has great views. The hot tub is good but you could not use the jets as they were locked. There are a lot of different levels in the house and you have to be careful and pay attention to where you are walking. That being said the views and location are terrific. The house has not been updated but everything is in good condition.

  We stayed for 7 nights at the end of December and early January at this lovely house. The weather was perfect, and we enjoyed boogie boarding using the wetsuits provided. The canoe and SUPs were also fun for our kids. The kitchen was well supplied and all in all it was a lovely stay.

  We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this lovely little home on the lagoon. We were a party of three (two adults and one toddler), and had plenty of room for the three of us. We appreciated the light-filled living room, large windows, and the well-equipped kitchen. The home was also very clean upon our arrival. The hot tub did not work properly and we had to call the management company a couple times to fix the issue. While the issue was not resolved during our stay they were extremely responsive, and did everything in their power to try and get it fixed. The management company was very easy to work with from start to finish. I would recommend this property.

  Very nice property--clean and well maintained. We stayed elsewhere for a week this summer and this was much superior.
  Suggestions/issues:
  -no sponges or scrub brushes for the kitchen
  -no coffee filters
  -no bbq coals (advise that need to bring them)
  -more outside seating needed.

  We had a great stay at 121 Dipsea, we loved all the water toys and used everything. We hung out on the deck at night and watched shooting stars - perfect. Walked the beach to town for ice cream. We'll be back.
