  This property was everything we wanted. It was clean and very centrally located so you can enjoy both the lagoon and beach at Stinson. The teenage boys loves being able to use the canoes and paddle board.

  We had a great time, the house is lovely. We found the kids kayak on accident on the 3rd day. My grandson loved it. A couple of recommendations. The kitchen needs some shades you can not see the displays during the day and we cooked quite a bit. The microwave is very old and we had to continue to unplug it. Also there were no cleaning supplies( just Clorox) or laundry soap. The garbage can was too small for a week with 6 people. We are diligent recyclers but the garbage was too small for a family with 2 in diapers. I would recommend a binder that actually had more information in it. It should include instructions for the appliances, general tv channels, the day of garbage pick up I had to call). I pointed out a few things that did not work, after the first day and when we checked out and no one was surprised which means these things have been that way for a while. Also, I called to find out condiments, etc and was told it had ketchup. We brought everything and got there and did not need too. I think each house really needs to have the basics, tp, paper towels, general condiments, dishwasher soap and laundry soap. We went to the general store and they wanted 30 dollars for 15 tide pods! Overall the house was great. There were plenty of towels, the home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it for a family.

  Very lovely house...lots of different levels, so maybe not suitable for little kids and senior citizens. Well equipped with kitchen supplies and water toys (hot tub was a big plus).

  Beautiful home! Lots of light! Everything you need! Love provided beach towels! Great spacious deck! Only suggestions ...need closets in bedrooms or place to hang clothes, system for entering in gate after hours is tricky when only one person is driving car. We want to rent again! Thank you!

  We had to move from an ocean front reservation to an available lagoon o, 121 Seadrift,Stinson Beach. What a pleasant surprise- it is beautiful!
  This home is so open , bright , airy , and up to date. To top it off the weather was beautiful and our family was able to kayak, paddle board and swim in the lagoon all week end. We went to the beach once and spent all our time in the lagoon and wonderful decks of this home. Customer service e w oceanic realty was over and above.
  Thanks to the wonderful family who owns this home for sharing with us! It was perfect for our family time and we spread lots of love in 121.
