  The house is so cool. Great space we th an ocean view and a Mountain View in the living room. Great family areas in the living room. Right on the beach. Nice, helpful neighbors. If you have a little one you may want to sleep in one of the back 2 bedrooms because the beautiful main bedroom does not have a shade on the beautiful window. I’ve stayed in beach houses at Stinson and Sea Drift 9-10 times and this is the best place I’ve stayed in.

  This is our 2nd year at this rental property and we just love it! It's location on the beach is perfect and gives wonderful views from inside out out! This home had everything we need to make our stay enjoyable. The kitchen is outfitted so well! There are many areas to relax together as a family or for everyone to settle in to their own space for a quiet read. It is perfectly clean and well kept up. The location is close enough to town to be able to walk up the beach and back for a meal at Parkside or to go to the store, but it's also far enough that the beach is not too crowded on a sunny day. We will return!

  In spite of rain off and on over the week, we had a great time - walked the beach during breaks, played games, explored restaurants in West Marin.
  Liked that the house had plenty of family space for both being together and breaking off into private spaces. Well equipped indoors and out. Only suggestion would be a blind on the master bathroom window and master bedroom front entry window. Will definitely rent again.

  Our stay at 8 Rafael Patio was fantastic! For the first time in a long time a rental property was exactly as described. Highly recommend Oceanic Realty! They are top notch professionals who obviously care greatly about their clientele. We had a difficult time with the grill and Jose was on it immediately. He went out of his way to take care of us - such a professional! The house was very clean, very well maintained and very well outfitted. Clearly much thought and care on the part of the owners to create this lovely home. Lots of comfortable seating and areas to gather or to retreat on your own and the views - wonderful! It was all so nice that we ended up cooking at home most evenings and enjoying the views. We will definitely return!

  Second time renting this house, it is very comfortable and clean. Great kitchen, nicely outfitted. Heater, wifi,stereo, tv all easy to use. The beach is so long and lovely, we really love it there! Loved going to the Sand Dollar and Parkside. Nice to pop over to Bolinas for the afternoon. The store is pricey but has just about everything. Oceanic Realty was very easy to work with, answered questions quickly and the team that supports the house with cleaning and trash etc was great. Look forward to returning!

  We rented 8 Rafael Patio for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay...right on the ocean! The house is ideally located close to town and proximate to Seadrift as well. The house was recently renovated and is in great condition with most of the amenities that we needed for our stay.
