  We have stayed twice in this neighborhood and absolutely love it! We enjoyed walking on the beach, pickleball, paddle boarding and kayaking. Oceanic realty is very easy to work with and was helpful, especially in this trip. This property was in a great location and had a nice layout and excellent kitchen cookware and bedding. It did have several issues that we think need attention and would prevent us from booking this property again, The biggest issues was that the house has no central heat, it has old wall heating units and only two of them worked, one in a back bedroom, and one in a bathroom. Oceanic realty was great in giving us two space heaters, however they only helped so much, it was really chilly inside the house, we had to wear jackets and sweatshirts much of the time. The house was nicely renovated on the surface but we recommend installing double pane windows to help with this issue and heat in the summer. Other issues we think should be addressed are blinds/ shades stuck in open position in living room, not enough seating in living room for a 3 bedroom house, and couch not in great shape, no exhaust fans in bathrooms, so lots of moisture. It also would be nice to have tv’s in the bedrooms so family could have some flexibility with entertainment, one tv inst enough for a 3 bedroom house. We would stay in this neighborhood again, but not at this property unless these issues were addressed.
