  This property is lovely and the owners are extremely friendly and helpful; they even gave my wife some plant cuttings. The only issue was that the property needs deep cleaning. There were large cobwebs, dead bugs on the window blinds and sand in the dining room chairs and cushions. Other than those issues, which could be easily solved, the place served my wife and I well.

  My husband and I went to Stinson Beach on our honeymoon and this rental was absolutely perfect. It was steps from the ocean and the quaint town was driving distance from most attractions.   We had a great time and loved that the beach was so close. We walked to town many times. One problem was the kitchen and bathroom were not clean. I had to wash counters and things on counter that we used. Because of that we also first washed any dishes we used. Also we were there 3 nights and 4 days and only had two bath towels so we could have used a few extra. We did not use the hot tub because it was in the owners backyard and they were home so it did not feel very private. Owner was very nice and friendly and did not bother us at all though.

  This sweet little studio was quiet, clean and had everything we needed. Our stay was restful and rejuvenating at the same time. The rental office nailed the description! Just steps to the beach and even fewer to the hot tub! The owners were gracious and very kind. We arrived after dark and we were lucky to have them there to greet us and to show us around. We enjoyed walking the beach each morning and visiting all of the local businesses. Everyone was so friendly! The food was great at all of the area restaurants and the market had everything we needed, and then some!! We would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a romantic getaway or a relaxing stretch of peace and quiet.
