  Wonderful 2 day weekend! The duplex was perfect for the teens to have downstairs and us to have up! The deck view was wonderful, we grilled dinner one night! King bed very comfortable with nice linens, well equipped kitchen, lots of games. Easy walk to town/park. Plenty beach chairs and umbrellas. Just perfect. We had 4 girls downstairs and it was great. Sat around the outside fire pit at night was a bonus!

A stone's throw from the beach where you can walk for miles, you can walk to the market, morning coffee, pastries, walk to restaurants and even hike right from the house to Muir Woods (serious hike, but doable).   There are two stories with kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms in each one. We stay upstairs and my sons family with a baby stays downstairs which works well for privacy. There are two large sofas downstairs which can be slept in and a hideaway sofa bed upstairs. House is clean and well cared for. It is close to downtown and a couple minutes walk from the beach.

  The perfect Stinson Beach rental! Just off the beach but with a view that feels like you're oceanfront. Really clean comfortable house! The house is also really well appointed with absolutely everything you need. Based on other rental experiences over the years I brought things like laundry soap, cling wrap, foil, etc, but no need at this house. It really has everything. Only complaint is that the ad should be more specific about the bed situation. We thought the upstairs living area had two single beds, but it's actually just a pull-out couch that was not feasible for what we needed. Other than that it was a fantastic experience!

  The location was great, close to town and with an ocean view. My husband and I stayed upstairs, and my mom had the apartment downstairs. While the upstairs was very comfortable, the downstairs apartment was a little less comfortable. The only real places to sit in the apartment are two very tall trundle beds. Also, the kitchenette needed more dishes if anyone is actually going to use it. I think it would be great for teenaged kids who want to have a sleepout on their own overnight, but maybe not so great for an elderly person. Overall, we had a great time though!

  Sea Blue is three houses down from the beach. It is a two story house with two separate living areas so it works great for extended families. You could actually see them better from the upstairs balcony than going to the beach! Super close to the village for a little walk in the afternoon. A beautiful home you can feel comfortable in. My parents could spread out downstairs. It was like they had their own apartment to themselves, with a cute little frig and kitchette. Their balcony had well made teak rocking chairs and another awesome beach view. We look forward to coming back next year. The home is well taken care of...

  We had a great week at the beach. The furniture and beds were comfortable, there was a nice big dining room table and lots of counter space. There is a washer/dryer there too. The house is close to the beach and downtown Stinson Beach and we walked most days to the grocery store, shops and restaurants. Each house we rent is slightly different. If you like to cook then be sure and bring your own spices and seasonings plus aluminum foil, wax paper and containers to store leftover food. There is a gas grill (we brought charcoal thinking it would be a weber) and it ran out of gas half way through our week. The realty said we should have called them and they would have given us another tank. This is a very well cared for home.

  Was a very nice house and well suited to our two family vacation. Very clean and modern, with lots of bedding and towels, etc. Negatives were: lack of any kind of cooking supplies, such as salt, pepper, spices, etc. Usually rental houses have some basics left by prior renters, but this house had nothing. We stayed a week and cooked most meals. Also, we only received a couple of rolls of toilet paper and one of paper towels. I had to go home to pick up basic supplies because I didn't want to buy them all at the local store.
  There was also no privacy and we could clearly hear anyone walking and talking in the street.
  On the plus side, it was very close to the beach with a good view. It was also very nice not having to strip the beds and start a wash before we left. The WiFi was also a plus.

  We had a family celebration here for my nieces 30th birthday... The house is light and well appointed in a beautiful location. While it does sleep up to eight technically... You are much more comfortable with six or less as there are only two bedrooms. The one complaint we had is that the pull out couch in the upstairs unit is beyond uncomfortable and is really unusable.

  Really enjoyed our stay at Sea Blue, they cottage really worked for us. My daughter, her husband and son stayed in the upstairs portion of the cottage, while my husband and I stay in the downstairs portion and from a privacy perspective it was great. The staff at Oceanic Realty were wonderful especially Beau, I trusted her judgement and was glad I did. The yard needed a little sprucing up, but the house was well maintained and had all the comforts of home.

  My wife and I and a couple friends stayed over Labor Day weekend for a wedding at Stinson. Wonderful location, wonderful kitchen, better view- truly enjoyed it, couldn't recommend 24 Calle Del Sierra more!

  The location was wonderful and very quiet. We rented late enough in the season, so that we avoided the crowds. The house is very nice, but there was a general grubbiness to some of the bedding & linens that made us feel as if they had not been cleaned between guests. It did not effect our stay, but was less pristine than we desired.

  Wonderful experience at 24 Calle del Sierra.
  steps (literally 40 steps) from the beach it was a terrific getaway for us and our extended family that shared this house for 8 days.
  The house had nearly everything one could want...
  wonderful views, nice comfy beds, well stocked kitchen (mostly) and other bonus stuff that also made the stay really comfortable and inviting.
  
  Neighborhood super quiet and safe at night... you only hear the pacific lapping outside your window rolling in.... and out...zzzzzzz
  
  Also its proximity to the town of Stinson (5 minute walk) is a nice bonus for when you do need to go and grab something from the local grocery market or take part of the somewhat limited but tasty restaurant scene
  
  My only main complaints were from the otherwise very usable kitchen... at other vacation rentals I have used there was at least a minimal pantry left for the renters (Salt, pepper, Oil, paper towels, plastic wrap, tin foil etc... None of these items were in the house.many houses we have rented had full pantry access...) Having to go out and buy plastic wrap etc... is no big deal but I guess better communication on what is or is not provided would be helpful. Also many pots with non-stick severely scratched (yuck) and main ktichen knives woefully dull (dangerous). All of these are not deal breakers as the house is otherwise amazing but it stood out given how excellent all other facets of the experience was.
  
  House provided lots of great bonus things-- lots of beach toys to supplement ones we brought...
  Outdoor grill was heavily used and worked great!
  NETFLIX and WIFI access was terrific so our 3.5 yr old could watch a little of his programs on occasion when when adults wanted to converse a bit un-interrupted.
  
  Plenty of extra beach towels too (thanks!).
  
  Well done. We'd be thrilled to stay again in a heart beat. Thank you for a wonderful vacation home in a magical place.

  This is our fourth year at "Sea Blue".
  Some simple basics were missing this year-salt and pepper, sugar.
  Another suggestion-the chairs around the table are far too large for the space-they actually need to be tilted to fit under the table-something on a much smaller scale would be much easier to maneuver and clean around.
  Would there ever be a hot tub in the plans?

  Great Location! A bit odd that the downstairs felt like a separate apartment and that their was a kitchen in there. I don't see why anyone would use that.Also the yard seemed big enough for a hot tub which would have been AWESOME!! But the location was amazing. The view was perfect. We say whales from the living room!! I would definitely rent this again. And I'd pay extra for that hot tub!!!

  Sea Blue was so much more than we expected. Our family had the best time celebrating my birthday next to the ocean in a fabulous setting. So much fun! This home had everything!!   We enjoyed Sea Blue very much but feel that it was lacking some key elements that should be included for the price. We had trouble with the property managers response time. We were told there was fire wood and there was none. The coffee pot was left half full of old coffee. There was not enough toilet paper and the soap dispensers were left empty. They give one little tiny bar of soap for the whole place. Other than that, it was very comfortable and the location was great!
