307 Seadrift Road

307 Seadrift Road is a serene and very spacious four bedroom, three and a half bath home located near the end of Seadrift Road on the Bolinas Lagoon. There are 3 bedrooms in the main house. The master room is right off the deck overlooking the water with a king bed and a full bathroom. The second room has a queen bed and the 3rd room has 2 twins. The 4th room is a few feet from the house, it is a separate studio with a queen bed and a full bath with a tub. There is a seating area with a flat screen television and a wood burning fireplace as well. The outdoor area includes expansive decks with a hot tub, gas and charcoal BBQ and beautiful views of the natural lagoon as well as Mt Tamalpais.

  What a lovely house. We much prefer the Bolinas Lagoon side of Seadrift, and this home has an incredible view with a great deck overlooking the Bolinas Lagoon and the Lagunitas Ridge. Spacious, well-equiped, sunny, and a short walk to Beach access and immediately across the street from Seadrift lagoon access. Fantastic!

  307 Seadrift is such a fabulous home! We enjoyed seeing the seals frolicking each morning in the lagoon! So much wildlife to observe in the Bolinas lagoon!
  
  This home has everything you’ll need for the perfect beach vacation! Lots of space to spread out both inside and outside! After enjoying a day in the water there is a fabulous hot tub to soak in!

  307 Seadrift is really phenomenal. Over the last 15 years or so, coming here multiple times a year, we've stayed at a lot of the vacation rentals in Stinson and Seadrift. This one is the best. Beautiful house, great layout, uncluttered, incredible views, access to the natural lagoon (kayaks included), nice little hot tub, easy short walk to the beach. Just a fabulous place. We will absolutely rent this house again.

  This house is an absolute DREAM. I originally wanted to be on the Calles, close to the beach, however, the view, landscape, sunsets, sky, mountains, bird sanctuary were incredibly peaceful and regenerating. The home was very generous in its space which held our family so perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked and supplied making meal prep very helpful. We were especially grateful for the inlaw unit which was able to give parts of our family more privacy.
  
  One suggestion would be to have better amenities in the bathroom, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner and body lotion in large sizes as our stay was for 4 days and the small bottles were not sufficient. Recommend EO Everyone products as they are nice and not expensive.

  Previously described as a apottery Barn Beauty, this marvelous home + bungalow is beginning to show some wear and tear. It’s very comfortably designed with colorful appointments, but a bit tired.
  
  The location on the natural Bolinas Lagoon is a world class setting, with tons of wildlife in abundance: seals, pelicans in formation, a seagul that has squatter’s rights on the fabulous aluminum dock, and some night critters that don’t shows themselves to anybody.
  
  Our 8 & 10 year olds learned how to kayak whilst feathered and at low tide, and they were thrilled with this new adventure.
  
  Just remember, it’s just a comfortable, beach house and not a designer’s showcase. Our Sonoma evacuees relished the FRESH AIR!

  This is a dreamy house on the natural lagoon. It is well outfitted and the decor works very well with the natural surroundings, wood, linen, terracotta tiles. It is very easy to snuggle up by the fire and read if the sun is not out-the house is very comfortable and the living room has a divine open view out onto the lagoon. The decks are sprawling and there are nice sun loungers, comfortable chairs and a massive table to eat at outside in addition to a big dining room table inside.

  Great house for kids who want their own place on the premises- needs flip flops for deck in case of splinters. Not walking distance to beach with little ones need to drive tho.
