  I booked this stay very last minute, understanding that I was lucky to find any openings, particularly that allowed pets (this is a great house for dogs). It was just my family of 4. I knew weather would be a gamble and unfortunately we lost that and happened to be there when the storm surge and tides almost had us evacuated. We made the most of it. The house is nice, and very comfortable for indoor relaxing and games which we did a lot of. No view of the ocean but I knew that going in. The road is a bit noisy but not in the bedrooms. Brilliant design for a beach house / easy cleaning. I would suggest that if you advertise a fireplace and a bbq, it would be nice to have dry firewood and charcoal available - neither were. The beds were mediocre and the mattress covers obviously plasticky.The master bathroom is fine but it's time to replace the shower curtain. The kitchen is great, but the dishwasher doesn't work well. We had to wash many dishes we pulled out of the cupboard. I don't like giving negative feedback, but for the price we paid, those little things felt a bit bigger. Overall the house is great but I felt it was far too much to pay to not be on the ocean, have a hot tub, or anything else that would make a winter stay worth the cost.

  For our extended family vacation, we enjoyed our stay at Walla Vista. The location is perfect for kids to run easily to the beach or head into town. The house layout was ideal- we were very happy to have all the bedrooms on one side, and then separated from the kitchen/living room so for those early risers or night owls, no sleep was disrupted. Would highly recommend and hope to return soon.

  This property is very run down. Window screens were broken and we were bitten by mosquitos on a number of occasions. The outdoor fire pit area is a safety hazard with steel pipes clearly visible sticking out of the ground and waiting to be tripped over. Garden furniture all broken with visible holes in seating area. We were unable to use this area because of this. Shower curtains moldy and disgusting. Third bedroom has trundle beds and only suitable for small kids, total waste of a room. I thought we could have friends over to stay but this clearly was not a possibility with this house.

  We spent ten days at 3 Walla Vista. The house is perfect for us. It has comfortable indoor and abundant outdoor space including a table that seats ten, a fire pit and a hammoc. The main bedroom is a bit out dated but the bed is comfortable. The water pressure is good and the rooms are well appointed. This kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. The singing and living room areas are pleasant and roomy. We love renting this house.

  For the first time at an Oceanic Property house, I was disappointed. The home did not live up to its photos, firstly. It wasn't terrible, but it just didn't live up to the price tag it commands. Secondly, it was not as clean as it needed to be: bits of toilet paper stuck to the toilet, a dirty refrigerator, and a general sense of a haphazard cleaning, despite the powerful, almost overwhelming smell of cleaning products.

Only consideration is that the floors are cement which isn't idea for crawling / just walking babies.   Nice location with just a short stroll to the beach. Property layout is perfect for entertaining a small family gathering. There is an abundance of natural light and a cozy feel. Stone flooring throughout makes cleanup after beach visits easy. Be aware that cell service in Stinson Beach is poor and the wireless connectivity at the property is not entirely reliable. But, you probably aren't coming here to "get online" anyway. The property management company was great to work with and very helpful with negotiating an earlier check in time. We hope to return in the future.

  The house at 3 Walla Vista was ideal! The way the home is set up creates a perfect balance of entertaining areas and private/quiet areas, both inside and out. The kitchen is large and open to the dining area and views of the back yard. The weather was warm during our stay, but the natural light, fireplace, and sun room would make it very cosy in the winter. Just a few doors down from the beach, it is easy to come and go from the house to the sea. Although over all clean, the home needs maintenance and it would be helpful if cleaning supplies were provided. Looking forward to returning soon to 3WV!
