  Spacious and clean two bedrooms in very scenic settings.
  We used the house as a base camp for visiting San Francisco. Highway 1 was closed though so the detour
  added another 20 minutes to the commute. On the other hand the house is close to Muir Woods and Point Reyes. All in all we had a wonderful time

  This house has a beautiful view both from the inside and out on the porch. It took a little bit of driving to get there from the main road, but the view was well worth it!
  The house has a dishwasher, but after we filled it with dirty dishes, we discovered that there was no dish detergent. If that means it doesn't work, that would have been nice to know!
  Also, we rented the house for 5 people, but there was no bedding for the 5th person when we arrived. It was dropped off the next day.

  My family and I had a great time at this place. The view was amazing. The house was kind of far from Stinson Beach, but the size of the house and its amenities made up for it (1.5 bathrooms, charcoal grill, spacious living room, great view).

  We stay there with our 8 and 5 year-olds and had a great time. The kids love the sun room. We enjoy the view of the ocean from the sun room as well as sitting on the deck. The only thing is that we wish the beds are a little firmer.

  We needed a quick escape to the beauty and tranquility of the coast and that's what we got, home was very light, airy and had stunning unobstructed views of the Ocean. Particularly nice glassed in porch room rubs across the back of house and invites you to relax and read on the sofa facing the water or dine by oversized Windows.

  I love to the house except the beds were uncomfortable I loved the view they allowed me to bring my small dog who got along with the neighbors dog it's about 10 minutes drive to downtown and feels very remote and removed Bring food to cook as the kitchen as well stocked with pots and pan and you can eat outside on the patio highly recommend

  This is the second time we've rented the property through Oceanic Realty. The staff at Oceanic is super helpful and provide exceptional customer service.
  The house itself is awesome, only complaint is that the kitchen could be better equipped. On our next visit we'll bring more of our own things, like sharp kitchen knives and basic staples.

  65 Pine Road was a good location above the Pacific Shore in Bolinas, CA for us. It was situated in a very quiet neighborhood a few miles from the town. The rental was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities.
  
  If it is nightlife you are looking for, this is not the town for you. It has only one restaurant open for lunch and dinner, very few stores and pratically no night life. However, the town of Stimson Beach, about 10 miles away, has everything: restaurants, beach, park, grocery store, etc..
  
  OCEANIC REALTY was a great help to us. They answered all our questions truthfully and were very prompt in returning our deposit. We would definitely rent with them again.

  The location was gorgeous. The house itself is quite nice, if a little funky - the kitchen has the same wall-to-wall carpeting as the living room areas. It's a bit stained, and there was a bit of a smell, but not too bad. The beds are very comfortable, the shower was great, and overall, we had a great time there. The only thing I'd really recommend is that you NOT advertise this place as having internet access. Technically, yes it does, but it goes out so often and so many times during the day that if a guest had to do a Skype meeting, or if someone wanted to stream a movie or something, they'd be unable to. Other than that, it was a great place, and we'd definitely return.
