This classic Seadrift home is the ideal place to enjoy all that Stinson has to offer with beautiful views of the Bolinas Lagoon, and an easy walk to the Seadrift beach access. This spacious, yet comfortable feeling three bedroom, two and a half bathroom features additional game room, family room, wifi, cable, two fireplaces, large dining area, washer/dryer and hot tub. Two paddle boards included.

  We have rented many homes with in the Seadrift community over the past 15 years and we found this one to be very special. It’s location on the natural lagoon is magical and it is ideally positioned to the beach access. Waking up to the sound of seals and sea birds along with its stunning views cannot be beat. This home is beautiful and has every amenity that we could ask for from a rental. We’ve stayed here twice now and will definitely be back in the future!

  Fantastic location. So much wildlife to watch and see, eagles, sea lions, bat rays, pelicans, coyotes. The landscape was like a continual moving picture. The house is large, somewhat dated. Sliding doors are hard to open but that is part of being on the ocean I guess. The house did have an odor when we arrived. Opening up all the doors helped. The only way to access the lagoon was by putting a ladder down into the water. Not real stable. Hot tub also "dated". Overall though I wouldmrent again just for the lagoon experience!

  Beautiful, comfortable home with a deck overlooking the natural lagoon.
  It was was the scene of exciting action as pelicans and seagulls fed on the schools of fish with spectacular dives and splashes; and there were curious seals checking us out too.

  We’ve rented this place 3 times. The wild life viewing is phenomenal. The house is comfortable, located near the Bolinas end of Seadrift, short walk to the beach. Allows well behaved dogs with a deposit. You need to be careful they don’t Go over the sea wall though.

  Great open air house with the best Seadrift location we've found. We woke up to see harbor seals coming into the lagoon with the tide, and loved sitting on the secluded back deck watching them play. Fantastic location on the Bolinas lagoon where we cruised on SUPs and saw not only dozens of seals, but a few rays, about 100 leopard sharks and crabs under our boards. Also a short walk to the Seadrift beach.

  We have rented a place at Seadrift for the past 10 years, on the beach side and the enclosed lagoon side, this is the first time we had the bird/seal vista and it was the best. So peaceful and beautiful. The house was comfortable and close enough to the entrance to the beach that you didn't have to hike a mile to get on the beach. If I could change one thing about Seadrift it would be that there was an entrance/exit to the beach about halfway down the long road. Otherwise, perfect!

  This house is beautiful!!! It is gorgeous - warm, welcoming, cozy, and beautiful. The kitchen and open living room floorpan has a rustic and warm feel, yet elegant and spacious. Our group came on a stormy weekend, and it was the perfect retreat to hang by the roaring fire, have big family meals at the dining room table, and enjoy the wildlife in the back lagoon. We would highly recommend this amazing home for a getaway. It comfortable fits a lot of people, and feels spacious with lots of cozy nooks for quiet time. They have 2 paddle boards which we were able to use to get out on the water, and it's a short walk to the beach access. Loved everything about it here.

  very bad smell from inside the house. disposal and or under sink and house plumbing need to be addressed. the smell kinda curbed our overall experience. Great House and Great location. had a wonderful few day. Get rid of the smell and I would go back. otherwise I would not.

  Our first impression upon arrival was the horrible smell throughout the house. This set the stage for our Thanksgiving get away. By the third day, we discovered that the smell was coming from the laundry room. A handy man who came to fix the ice maker in the refrigerator said the smell was either a dead mouse or from propane. He also mentioned that he had noticed this smell on previous visits. To give some relief to the smell, we put a towel at the bottom of the door between the laundry room and kitchen. The electrical outlets in both bathrooms did not work. Minimal towels and linens were provided. Frankly, this house is not up to the standard we have come to expect from Seadrift homes for the more than 20 years of vacations. A side note, my husband wants you to know that the propane tank in the front yard is rusted through and should be inspected by the gas company.

  First time staying on the lagoon side and it was such a treat! The tidal flows, animals and short walk to the beach were fun for the whole family. Amazing set of toys at the house and we couldnt stop exploring, finding new places to read, hang out or just enjoy the views. Beach is about 200ft away! Highly recommend for anyone that wants a true getaway.

  My family aged 5-70, had a beautiful time. The house provided us with all the amenities in a great location. One caveat: the windows are funky; several big ones have failed and the view is obscured. It was warm, and those that opened easily didn't always have screens; we battled mosquitoes.
